Privacy Notice

In short: when you sign in, I collect your name, email address and basic login details. I use them only to control access and to see who uses the quiz. I never sell or share them for marketing. You can ask for deletion at any time.

Who is responsible

This quiz is run by Imran Parkar as a personal HSE training resource. Contact: [email protected].

What I collect

Identity from your sign-in: your name and email address, provided by Google (or your email address only, if you sign in with a one-time code).
Login details: the date and time of each sign-in, your IP address, approximate country, and browser/device type.

I do not receive your Google password, contacts, or any other Google account data.

Why I collect it

To allow only signed-in users to access the quiz.
To understand how many people use the quiz and from where, so I can improve the training content.
To keep the site secure and block misuse.

Who processes it

Sign-in is handled by Cloudflare Access (Cloudflare, Inc.), which records the login details above on my behalf, and by Google if you choose "Sign in with Google". Their own privacy policies also apply. Your data may be processed outside Kuwait on their systems.

How long it is kept

Login records are kept only as long as needed for the purposes above. Cloudflare deletes its access logs automatically after its standard retention period. Your user record is removed when you ask, or when your account has been inactive for a long period.

Your choices and deletion requests

You can ask me to see, correct, or delete the information I hold about you. Email [email protected] from the address you signed in with, using the subject "Data deletion request". I will remove your user record and revoke your access within 30 days and confirm by email. Logs held by Cloudflare that cannot be removed individually expire automatically.

Changes

If this notice changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
